Lafras Luitingh

Lafras Luitingh, the military coordinator of Saracen International[129], is a former officer in the Civil Cooperation Bureau[130] who established contacts between Erik Prince and the mercenaries of the Saracen group and the royal family of the United Arab Emirates[131]. With the money he earned from the wars in Africa, Luitingh has now grown into a multi-million dollar logistics company in Australia[132].
