Brenda Earl de Paola began her hedge fund career in 1987 with Zweig-DiMenna. The firm had $15 million in assets under management when she began, reaching its peak at more than $8 billion. Brenda was co-managing their long/short portfolio making her one of the most successful female managers in the business. She left Zweig in 2002 to start a family. She is a member of the Board of Trustees for Bucknell Uni- versity, and an active supporter of The National Hemophiliacs Foundation, Ronald McDonald House, The Robin Hood Foundation and 100 Women in Hedge Funds.
