He was the CEO and Chief Investment Officer for Roanoke Capital Management (RCM), a single-family office based out of Los Angeles. Before he began his role at Roanoke, Mr. Keegan spent seven years at Goldman, Sachs & Co. Mr. Keegan is a Graduate of the United States Naval Academy, where he was a varsity lacrosse player. He served in the U.S. Navy as Surface Warfare Officer for six years. Mr. Keegan was awarded a Master of Arts from Johns Hopkins (SAIS).
