Elliott Rodgers

Rodgers joined Ulta Beauty in 2013, becoming chief information officer in mid-2020. Prior to Ulta, he was director of operations, Target.com & Mobile, at Target. He also held operational leadership roles in retail, financial services, and logistics at Target, Citibank and the United States Army.
