Mr. Metropoulos served in a variety of U.S. and international executive positions with GTE Corp., including Vice President and General Manager-Europe and Vice President and Controller of GTE International. Mr. Metropoulos served as Chief Executive Officer of Bumble Bee Seafoods Inc. Mr. Metropoulos served as Non-Executive Chairman of Premier Foods PLC (Formerly Premier International Foods PLC) from January 2002 until his resignation in May 2004. Prior to which Mr. Metropoulos served as Premier Foods PLC (Formerly Premier International Foods PLC)'s Executive Chairman from September 1999 to January 2002. He has been a Director of Pinnacle Foods Group Inc. since March 19, 2004. Mr. Metropoulos serves as a Director of Ghirardelli Chocolate Company. Mr. Metropoulos also serves as a Director of LIN Television Corp. He has been a Director of Morningstar Group Inc. since December 1993. He became National Waterworks Inc.'s Director and Director of National Waterworks Holdings Inc., Parent Company of National Waterworks Inc. upon consummation of the acquisition on November 22, 2002 and is a Member of Compensation Committee. He served as a Director of International Home Foods Inc. He served as a Director of Premier International Foods PLC until May 2004.
