Lewis M Collens

Mr. Collens is Professor of Law and President Emeritus at Illinois Institute of Technology ("IIT"). He served as the President of IIT and Chairman of IIT Research Institute from 1990 to 2007. From 1974 to 1990, he served as Dean of IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law. Mr. Collens was originally elected to our Board of Directors in connection with our acquisition of the former Dean Foods Company ("Legacy Dean") on December 21, 2001. Mr. Collens served on the Board of Directors of Legacy Dean since 1991 and was Chairman of its Audit Committee and a member of its Corporate Governance Committee. His term will expire in 2009.
