Minnix is in her current role since 2018. Previously, she was SVP and general counsel for BMC Stock Holdings, VP, deputy counsel and chief compliance officer for ABM Industries, and held leadership roles at Royal Dutch Shell/Shell Oil Company and Sprint Corporation.
