Mr. Nichols has served as Chairman of Devon Energy Corporation since 2000, as Chief Executive Officer since 1980 and was President from 1976 until May 2003. Mr. Nichols serves as a director of SONIC Corp. as well as several trade associations relevant to the oil and gas exploration and production business.
