Ben Harman is an operations professional with over a decade of experience in digital media and advertising technology. Equal parts product expert, marketing maven, and business developer – Ben currently serves as Senior Director of Advertising Solutions & Operations at CarGurus, where he works with the biggest automotive brands and thousands of dealers to connect them to the largest audience of auto shoppers in the United States. Ben knows that as the digital world continues to evolve, so too will the ways we reach and create connections between consumers and marketers. That’s why Ben is focused on leveraging best in class technology and data analytics to drive innovation, an approach that helped him successfully build a $100M business from scratch. Prior to CarGurus, Ben served as Director of Business Operations at Millennial Media, a mobile technology company where he acted as an internal consultant to increase efficiency and revenue. He also held various sales and operations roles at Yahoo!. He has been recognized as an expert at industry speaking events, national conferences, and with numerous corporate awards. Ben attended Boston University College of Fine Arts where he studied opera, and he remains an avid supporter of the arts community in New England. Additionally, Ben is an active member of Point Foundation’s Cornerstone Society where he works to support the empowerment and education of LGBTQ youth.
