Daniel I Kaminetsky

DANIEL I. KAMINETSKY has been a member of the firm since its inception and was associated with the firm’s predecessor since 2001, beginning with his employment as a summer intern. Mr. Kaminetsky has handled a wide variety of matters, from corporate transactions to all aspects of complex civil and matrimonial litigation which currently make up his primary practice areas. He has served as trial counsel in highly contested cases and advised not-for-profit corporations on employment, governance and compliance issues. Mr. Kaminetsky has also represented senior members of the clergy and top level school administrators in the negotiation of their employment and separation agreements. Mr. Kaminetsky attended Yeshiva University where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1999 and graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 2002 where he was awarded the Judge Kenneth B. Keating Memorial Award. Mr. Kaminetsky serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee and as President of Congregation Beth Abraham in Bergenfield, New Jersey and on fund-raising committees for Yeshivat Noam and Maayanot High School for Girls.
