Vanessa Faraj

Vanessa Faraj was born and raised in Atlanta, GA, and has worked as a community organizer, activist, and social worker for over 15 years. She currently works as the National Organizer at Caring Across Generations. In recent years she has had the privilege of being a part of organizing efforts in her hometown to pass the end of wealth-based detention and to close the Atlanta City Detention Center. She loves building and maintaining community and friendship, traveling, and her family.
