John Gachunga

John is a business consultant to Alpex Consulting Africa Limited (ACAL), and co-founded One Acre Fund's first program in Kenya with Andrew Youn in 2006. In his work with ACAL, John specializes on business strategy, finance, project management, and research. John laid the foundation for One Acre Fund's Kenya operations. His main responsibilities included managing program operations and logistics, and recruiting and managing the team through our early formative years. Prior to his role with ACAL, John worked in project management with the Global Alliance for Africa and in credit administration for Equity Bank.
