Cindy Noble holds the position of Chief People Officer for Compass Group North America. She is responsible for human resources, including communications, workforce planning, total rewards, recruiting, learning & development, diversity & inclusion, and labor relations for over 265,000 associates in the U.S. and Canada. Cindy began her career at Compass Group with Levy in 1992 and was promoted to Executive Vice President of Human Resources in 2005. In 2015, she was appointed Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer with oversight of culture, inclusion, and diversity strategies. Cindy is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and continues to be an active member of their alumni network. Cindy is married and resides in Charlotte, NC.
