Leander J Foley

Mr. Foley represents various client interests on behalf of the firm including: minority banking, housing, community and rural develop, community services, disability issues, small and disadvantaged business, education, migrant labor and civil rights. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Foley served in a variety of positions in Washington including as an advisor to the Carter White House, chief assistant to a Cabinet level official, and as a professional staff member of two U.S. Senate Committees.
