Gordon Holmes

Gordon Holmes joined Quadrangle Group LLC in 2005 and is a Managing Principal focused on the firm’s European media and communications private equity business. Based initially in the New York office, Mr. Holmes relocated in early 2007 to launch the firm’s London office. Since establishing the London office, Mr. Holmes has led the acquisition of Get AS in Norway and currently serves as a member of Get’s Board of Directors. Prior to joining Quadrangle, Mr. Holmes gained more than a decade of experience in buyouts, both in the U.S. and overseas. While a general partner of Forstmann Little & Co., he was involved in investments such as Citadel Broadcasting Corporation, 24 Hour Fitness and Capella Education. Prior to Forstmann, he spent more than five years working in the Singapore, New York and London offices of Goldman, Sachs & Co. Mr. Holmes received an M.B.A. from Stanford University and was named the Henry Ford II Scholar upon graduation. He graduated from University College, Dublin, Ireland.
