Scott DiClaudio

Philadelphia Common Pleas Judge censured by Supreme Court

Judge Scott DiClaudio was elected to the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas in 2015. He was endorsed by Philadelphia Council AFL-CIO but received a "Not Recommended" rating from the Philadelphia Bar Association. Weeks after taking office, he was censured by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court for a 2007 incident. He was previously disciplined in 2003, 2008, and 2011.
