Tom is a founder of Anthos, a founder of Prisma Capital Partners, a $11 billion fund of hedge funds, and a founder of FIA Timber Partners, a $750 million timberland real estate fund. Previously, Tom was a Partner and Managing Director of Goldman, Sachs & Co. where he created the Real Estate Capital Markets and Pension Services groups. Before joining Goldman Sachs, he was Assistant Secretary of the Treasury for Domestic Finance under former President Ronald Reagan. Prior to that, he was head of Corporate Finance at Dean Witter Reynolds. Tom is currently a Senior Fellow and Adjunct Lecturer at Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government. Tom received a B.A. from Georgetown University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. Tom serves on the Board of Trustees of the Rockefeller Foundation, the Board of Directors of Georgetown University, the Board of Overseers of the Hoover Institution, and is involved with several other non-profit institutions, including the Trustees of Reservations in Boston, the Maryknoll Missionaries, and Morristown Memorial Health Foundation.
