Cullen has served in her current position since 2012. Ruiz Food Products is the largest manufacturer of frozen Mexican food in the United States. Previously, she was SVP and COO of ice cream at Dean Foods Inc. and COO at Orange Glo International. She began her career in 1985 at General Foods.
