Torstein Sanness

Born in 1947, Torstein Sanness is a graduate of the Norwegian Institute of Technology in Trondheim where he obtained a Master of Engineering in geology, geophysics and mining engineering. From 2004–2015, he was the Managing Director of Lundin Norway AS. Mr. Sanness also served as Chairman of Lundin Norway AS from April 2015 to March 2017. From 2000–2004, he served as Managing Director of Det Norske Oljeselskap AS, and from 1972–2000, he served in various capacities for Saga Petroleum ASA.
