Malcolm Segal

Malcolm Segal started his career as an assistant district attorney in New York City and later was appointed special attorney-in-charge of a U.S. Department of Justice federal grand jury strike force in Texas. He moved to California and joined the U.S. Attorney’s Office in San Francisco. From there, he worked for the Eastern District of California as chief of the criminal divi- sion. Since 1985, he has represented international, regional and local companies, as well as professionals in medicine, law, real estate and agribusiness.
