Cathy R Smith

Before joining Target in 2015, Smith served as EVP and CFO at Express Scripts, the nation's largest pharmacy benefit manager. She also held EVP and CFO positions at Walmart International and GameStop. She currently serves on the board of Baxter International Inc. and on the board of overseers of the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
