Ryan Bauersachs is Managing Director and General Manager of John Middleton Co., a leading manufacturer of pipe tobacco and cigars. Before assuming his current role, Ryan spent six years in the U.S. Smokeless Tobacco Brand Organization, serving as Director of Copenhagen and Red Seal. Prior to that, Ryan held various leadership positions in the Marlboro Brand Organization, including Brand Manager of Marlboro Digital and Brand Manager of Marlboro Value. Ryan joined the company in 2003. A graduate of Illinois State University, Ryan earned his M.B.A. from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University. Ryan is actively involved in organizations that support young professionals and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Keep Virginia Beautiful.
