Brian is the Chief Operating Officer of a privately held real estate development firm based in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Brian specializes in real estate development, construction management, and acquisition. During his studies at the University of Chicago Law School, Brian was involved in the International Law and International Commercial Arbitration student groups. As the principal student organizer of the Chinese Legal Immersion Program at the University of Chicago Law School, Brian traveled with a group of ten students to study Chinese Law at the University of Chicago Center in Beijing over the 2012 Spring Break. Brian also served as the Law School Representative to the Graduate Student Government where he worked to facilitate innovative social programming and grant funding allocations to graduate student initiatives. Brian also served as a member of the Uncommon Fund, which grants in excess of $80,000 annually towards interesting and creative student projects and initiatives on campus. Brian formerly worked as an associate representative at Kabel-X USA. Brian focused on community engagement and planning. He contributed to the effort to tap into the growing trend toward municipal fiber initiatives to help fully roll out one hundred percent fiber to the home. Prior to working for Kabel-X USA, Brian worked as a legislative intern for Senator Bill Nelson on space & security policy. Brian obtained his Bachelors in International Relations and Masters in Public Diplomacy from the University of Southern California in 2011. Brian was also designated as 2011-2012 United States Presidential Management Fellowship Finalist.
