David T Butler III

Mr. Butler was appointed Vice President of Mergers, Acquisitions and Corporate Strategy for L-3 in 2000. Previously, he served as Director of Planning and Strategic Development. Prior to that, he was a controller for Lockheed Martin Fairchild Systems. He also held a number of financial positions at various Loral divisions. Mr. Butler is a graduate of Villanova University.
