Marjorie L. Bowen

Bowen held positions of increasing responsibility from 1989-2007 at the investment banking firm of Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin Inc., where she most recently served as managing director. She has more than 20 years of corporate finance and transactional experience, much of it focused on advising board of directors across a broad range of industry sectors.
