John Seely Brown

John Seely Brown has been a director of the Company since June 2004. Mr. Brown is a Visiting Scholar and Advisor to the Provost at the University of Southern California and Independent Co-Chairman of Deloitte & Touche USA LLP's Center for Edge Innovation. He was the Chief Scientist of Xerox Corporation until April 2002, and director of the Xerox Palo Alto Research Center (PARC), until June 2000. Mr. Brown is also a director of Corning Incorporated and Varian Medical Systems, Inc.
