Eli D. Dweck is Co-Chair of the Real Estate Department. He brings significant experience and passion for excellence to bear on a broad range of real estate and corporate transactions in New York and throughout the United States. His clients include developers, preferred equity investors, family offices, and other real estate and corporate investors. Eli acts as primary outside counsel to many of these clients, helping them develop strategies to meet their goals. Eli is respected by peers as a highly-informed lawyer who closely follows market activity in his clients’ sectors. He handles all types of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, restructurings, development transactions, and leases of multi-family buildings, office buildings, hotels, shopping centers and vacant land, among others.
