Nydia Stone

Formerly known as Nydia Bertran, in Cuba, her Cuban father was a military attache in the U.S. for Cuba Batista’s regime prior to Fidel Castro’s time. Nydia a former model turned photographer, met her husband while both were working at one of Ronald Reagan’s presidential campaigns. They tied the knot in 1992 in Las Vegas. This was marriage number two for both of them. Mrs. Bertran Stone’s husband was previously married to Anne Wesche aka Anne Stone (1974-1990) mother of his only son Scott. Nydia studied at Regina High School in Adelphi, MD and The American University in Washington, DC.
