Susan Schuman

Over the past twenty years, Susan Schuman has built and led SYPartners—a practice that partners with the world’s most visionary leaders undergoing business and cultural transformations. She’s worked with executives at AARP, Ascena, Blackstone, Coach, Facebook, GE, IBM, Oprah Winfrey Network, PPFA, Starbucks, Target, Weight Watchers, Viacom, and The CW, among many others. Prior to SYPartners, Susan was the General Manager of Studio Archetype, one of the first, and the premier, web design firms in the U.S. She also ran her own marketing and product strategy consulting firm, and spent seven years at Apple, where she was Group Manager of Worldwide Product Marketing. Susan is a member of the kyu leadership council, and an Advisory Council member for MIT Media Lab. She sits on the boards of CBS Corporation, IDEO, and IDEO.org.
