Lee C. Stewart

Stewart has been a private financial consultant to third parties since 2001. Previously, he held the position of CFO and EVP of Foamex International Inc., VP of Union Carbide Corporation and investment banker at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. He currently serves on the boards of P.H. Glatfelter Company and Mood Media Inc.
