Robert S Jepson Jr

Mr. Robert S. Jepson, Jr. serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Jepson Associates, Inc. He is the principal contributor and founder of the University of Richmond's Jepson School of Leadership Studies. Mr. Jepson served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Kuhlman since February 10, 1993, Chairman of the Board since June 9, 1993 and founded Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Jepson Corporation from 1983 until its sale in 1989. He also served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Coburn Optical Industries. He has been a Board Chair and Vice Chairman of Georgia Historical Society since April 30, 2014 and also serves as chairman of the Georgia Ports Authority. He serves as Chairman of the Board of Jepson Vineyards, Ltd. He served as a Director of Dominion Resources, Inc. from 2003 to May 7, 2014 and served as its Lead Director until May 7, 2014. He served as a Director of AGL Resources Inc., since 1999; Kuhlman Corp. since 1993 and Director of Circuit City Stores, Inc. Mr. Jepson received his undergraduate and graduate degrees in Business and Commerce from the University of Richmond.
