Robert G Gwin

Mr. Gwin was named Senior Vice President in March 2008. He also serves as President, CEO and a director of Western Gas Holdings, LLC, a subsidiary of Anadarko, which is the general partner of Western Gas Partners, LP. He joined Anadarko in January 2006 as Vice President, Finance and Treasurer. Mr. Gwin brings to his position more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance and executive management, having served most recently as CEO of Community Broadband Ventures, LP and previously as Chairman, President and CEO of Prosoft Learning Corporation. Mr. Gwin spent 10 years at Prudential Capital Group in merchant banking roles of increasing responsibility, including serving as Managing Director with responsibility for the firm's energy investments worldwide and a $13 billion portfolio of debt, mezzanine and private equity investments at the time of his departure. He has a strong track record in structured finance and has worked on numerous debt and equity finance projects around the world. Mr. Gwin holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. He also earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from the CFA Institute. He is a director of Storm Ventures International, a privately held energy company, and serves on the Board of Directors of Theatre Under the Stars.
