Carla L Wheeler

Carla L Wheeler graduated cum laude from Yale University and received a law degree from the University of Texas. She is the daughter of Jo Carolyn Wheeler of Dallas and the late Charles R. Wheeler. Her father was the assistant attorney general of the former United States Trust Territory of Micronesia.
