Daun Paris, President, is the co-founder of Eastern Consolidated, which she and Chairman and CEO Peter Hauspurg launched in 1981. For over three decades, Ms. Paris has served as a company visionary, driving the firm to its position as a dominant player in New York City real estate, with up to $4 billion in annual sales. As one of the few women in command of a commercial real estate firm in the nation, Ms. Paris distinguished herself from the start, not only for being a female trailblazer, but also for specializing in the sale and acquisition of office buildings, development properties and hotels. Ms. Paris serves on REBNY’s Board of Governors. She has served as an Arbitrator for The Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) as well as a director of REBNY’s Commercial Brokerage Division and General Meetings Committee. She served on the board of directors of AREW for five years, and was the 2015 key note speaker for CREW’s kickoff luncheon. Ms. Paris is passionate about giving back to the community and has served as a trustee for a number of organizations. For seven years, she was a Trustee for JCCA, which honored her and Mr. Hauspurg at its annual gala in 2017. Ms. Paris and Mr. Hauspurg founded a cosmetology program on JCCA’s Pleasantville campus to enable residents to learn a skill and become self-sufficient, and donated a building on the campus to house the program. For 11 years, she was a Trustee for Northern Westchester Hospital, and most recently a member of the Board of Trustees for Northwell Health, which acquired Northern Westchester Hospital in 2014. Ms. Paris is a graduate of Sarah Lawrence College with a double major in Economics and Performing Arts.
