Eric Roegner is Group President, Engineered Products and Solutions, responsible for the Company’s largest business group focused primarily on the aerospace market, and for overseeing Arconic’s global growth strategy in aerospace. He also serves as President of Arconic Defense and is a member of the Arconic Executive Leadership Team, the senior leadership group that sets strategic direction for the Company. Eric serves on the Board of Directors of AlTi Forge, the production joint venture between Arconic and VSMPO, the Board of Governors of the Aerospace Industries Association and the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the Ohio Chamber of Commerce. Prior to this role, Eric served as Group President, Global Rolled Products, responsible for Arconic’s approximately $5 billion business that offers aluminum sheet and plate products primarily for the automotive and aerospace markets. Eric joined Arconic—then Alcoa Inc.—in 2006 and has 11 years of experience in the aerospace, defense, automotive and other industrial markets, and 14 years of automotive and oil and gas experience gained prior to joining Arconic. He has deep operating and manufacturing experience having successfully led several areas of Arconic’s Engineered Products and Solutions segment, including its investment castings, titanium, and forgings and extrusions businesses. Prior to joining Alcoa, Eric was a partner with management consulting firm McKinsey & Company, where he served primarily the automotive and oil and gas markets, and held engineering positions with Nordson Corporation, a producer of precision dispensing equipment, and for Schlumberger Limited, the world’s leading oil field-services provider. Eric holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical and aerospace engineering from Princeton University and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University.
