Laura Miele EVP, Global Publishing, Electronic Arts Laura Miele Laura Miele serves as EVP of Global Publishing where she oversees publishing and customer experience for Electronic Arts. Bringing her passion and love for games, Laura is responsible for ensuring that EA players around the world are connected to the content they want, wherever they are, in all-new ways. Laura’s organization is focused on driving EA’s commercial success by delivering value for players. In her over 20 years with EA, Laura has served in a variety of strategic leadership roles across publishing, marketing and analytics. Most recently, Laura led EA’s Americas Publishing organization where she oversaw the commercialization and execution of EA’s product and marketing campaigns in this region, EA’s retail partnerships in the Americas, and global entertainment licensing of EA’s blockbuster brands. Prior to this role, Laura served as General Manager of the Star Wars business and also previously served as Senior Vice President of Global Marketing, working in lock step with EA development teams and overseeing packaged goods and digital releases. She has worked on multi-platinum franchises such as Battlefield, Dragon Age and Need for Speed. During that time, Laura pioneered innovative marketing frameworks that leveraged data analytics to deliver timely, relevant messages to players around the world. In 2013, she was named to AdAge’s “Women to Watch” list and has been featured in the Harvard Business Review. Laura serves on the board of the Silicon Valley Community Foundation and resides with her husband and two children in Half Moon Bay, California.
