Brittney Hunt serves as the Director of Talent, Education, and Quality of Life Policy for the Florida Chamber of Commerce. In this role, Hunt advocates for a range of legislative issues including meaningful education reforms, smart investments in the state’s talent pipeline, and comprehensive healthcare policies. Prior to joining the Florida Chamber of Commerce, Hunt gained experience and insight of state policy, both as a legislative advocate, and as a state employee implementing statutory programs. Hunt was previously an Analyst at the Florida Office of the Attorney General where she was focused on victim services. She most recently served as a lobbyist for the Messer Caparello, P.A. firm, representing a variety of businesses and industries. Hunt received her Bachelors of Science in Criminology from Florida State University and her Master in Public Administration with a specialization in counter-terrorism from the Askew School of Public Administration at FSU. Hunt resides in her hometown of Tallahassee with her husband Chris.
