Blair Larkins serves as the Bockorny Group’s Managing Director of Policy and the Chief GOP House liaison for the firm and its clients. With over 47 percent of the House GOP being elected in the past two cycles, Blair has built relationships with both the freshman and sophomore class in the House. She serves a vital advisory role to clients and to new members, many of whom have been appointed to key committees of jurisdiction and selected leadership positions. Blair joined the firm after five years of working for Congressman Greg Walden (R-OR). She specifically assisted him in leadership roles such as Deputy Chairman of the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) and as Chairman of the Majority Transition Office for the 112th Congress. Congressman Walden will be a crucial ally when he returns to the House Energy & Commerce committee to chair the Subcommittee on Communications & Technology. In her current capacity, Blair serves as an asset for the firm’s growing technology practice and its many clients seeking regulatory and legislative insight. Most recently, she was a key consultant within the disability space in passing the newly signed into law ABLE Act (HR 647), which allows parents of/and people with disabilities to save for post-secondary education as well as save for future needs, which previous laws had prevented. Blair currently sits on the Boards of VIEW (Value in Electing Women) PAC and the NRCC 218 program. Blair received her Master’s in Political Management from The George Washington University and her Bachelor’s in Political Science at Portland State University in Oregon.
