Rick Qualman is the VP of Strategy and Business Development for the Global Telecommunications Industry. Mr. Qualman has eighteen years of experience in the telecommunications industry. In this role, he is responsible for managing IBM business development and strategic initiatives with world-wide telecommunications service providers, developing alliances with key ISVs and telecommunications equipment manufacturers and driving industry investment strategies.
