Mr. Friedmann famously started Recycled Paper with his college roommate, Mike Keiser, in 1971. The company, with revenue of more than $100 million, is best known for the work of Sandra Boynton, among other artists. Currently the Director and CEO of the Friedmann Family Trust, a philanthropic foundation which supports medical research and advocates on behalf of children in various areas of public policy, Philip Friedmann is also co-founder of Recycled Paper Greetings. Mr. Friedmann also sits on the Board of the Foundation for Neurologic Diseases of Harvard Medical School. Mr. Friedmann is a graduate of Amherst College, attended New York University’s Law Center, and has an interest in a recreational golf resort development on the South Oregon Coast. Mr. Friedmann and his wife, Regan, have five children.
