Jeffrey D. Kahn, Esq.

Mr. Jeffrey D. Kahn, also known as Jeff serves as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Mr. Kahn joined Children's Hospital of Philadelphia in 1994 as an Assistant General Counsel and held various positions in the office of the General Counsel since 2004. In 2004, he was named Vice President, Compliance & Privacy and Chief Compliance Officer where he was responsible for managing a comprehensive compliance program and for coordinating institutional policies and standards relating to compliance and ethics. Since 2007, Mr. Kahn served as Senior Vice President, Audit, Compliance & Privacy and Chief Audit & Compliance Officer. Mr. Kahn was in the litigation department of Schnader, Harrison, Segal & Lewis, from 1987 to 1994. He began his legal career as a law clerk to a federal district court judge in the District of New Jersey. Mr. Kahn received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1986, and his B.A. from Cornell University in 1983.
