Barry Howard, Esquire

As executive vice president and chief compliance officer, Mr. Howard is responsible for ensuring that Equus’ funds comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Prior to joining Equus, Mr. Howard was a partner in the real estate group of Dechert, LLP, a Philadelphia law firm. Mr. Howard is a graduate of the University of Chicago Law School and holds a B.S. from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Howard was a real estate advisor to the Executive Committee, Investment Board of the University of Pennsylvania Endowment. Currently, he is a member of the Standing Committee on Conflicts of Interest and Commitment of Thomas Jefferson University.
