Scott R. FitzGerald

Scott R. FitzGerald is an Executive Vice President and global head of Sector Solutions. He also currently serves as head of State Street’s Global Sales Council, working to collaborate with sales teams globally across the company. Prior to his current role, Scott held various sales and sales management positions across State Street. He most recently served as head of Sector Solutions Americas and Global Alternatives. Prior to his recent role, Scott served as head of sales for State Street’s Global Services Americas business leading sales and business development efforts across all markets, including institutional asset managers, asset owners and alternatives. He was also previously the global head of sales and business development for State Street’s Alternative Investment Solutions and was responsible for building out that team. In addition to his sales responsibilities, Scott has served in leadership roles for the consolidation and global client retention efforts connected with several of State Street’s acquisitions including Investors Financial, the Deutsche Bank custody business, Mourant International Financial Administration, among others. Prior to his time at State Street, he worked at Xerox Corporation for more than six years, where he held various sales and sales management positions. Scott is an Executive Committee member and serves on the board of the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce and the Expect Miracles foundation, where he also serves as a member of Expect Miracles Miracle Maker Leadership Council. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and government studies from Bowdoin College.
