Lawrence B Skatoff

Mr. Skatoff retired in 2001 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of BorgWarner Inc., a manufacturer of highly engineered systems and components for the automotive industry. Prior to joining BorgWarner Inc., Mr. Skatoff was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Premark International, Inc., a diversified consumer products company, from 1991 through1999. Before joining Premark, Mr. Skatoff was Vice President-Finance of Monsanto Company, a worldwide manufacturer of chemicals and pharmaceuticals.
