Susan E. Beth

Susan E. Beth, CFE, is the COO at NRD Capital. Susan was previously a Vice President and the Chief Operating Officer of Super Wash, Inc., the nation’s largest franchisor of self-serve car washes. Susan is a member of the Board of Directors of the International Franchise Association (IFA), and is a motivational speaker on topics such as: passionate leadership; embracing change; building committed teams, rewarding relationships and dynamic cultures; visionary entrepreneurship; and goal-setting. Susan grew up in a family business and has been immersed in business operations for 30+ years. She took her first leap into business ownership when she bought her first franchise at the age of 19. She went on to acquire two more locations and was a multi-unit franchisee with her business partner for 9 years.
