Jacob Fisher serves as Regional Vice President of Development for Pennrose and oversees all development activity in New Jersey. He has extensive experience structuring complex real estate transactions, particularly those that combine tax credits with state, local, and private financing sources. Since joining Pennrose in 2006, he has established a successful track record of working with partners from the public, private, and non-profit sectors to bring development projects to fruition. Mr. Fisher has secured financing and led award-winning development teams on more than 1,100 units of new housing, with a total investment well in excess of $300 million. Product types have included large multi-phase townhouse redevelopments and new construction mid-rise and high-rise apartment buildings. He has also led some of the company’s recent mixed-income, mixed-use and special needs housing efforts. Prior to starting at Pennrose, Mr. Fisher worked on community development from the public side as an Assistant Director for Policy for the Mayor of Philadelphia. Mr. Fisher holds a B.A. from Wesleyan University and a Master’s degree in Government Administration, with a concentration in Public Finance, from the University of Pennsylvania’s Fels Institute of Government.
