Todd Overman's practice focuses primarily on advising clients doing business with the federal government. In this regard, his practice includes a combination of transactional issues, litigation, and regulatory advice. Todd has represented clients before the U.S. Departments of Defense, Education, Energy, Health and Human Services, Homeland Security, Small Business Administration, and Transportation. Prior to joining Hogan & Hartson, Todd clerked for The Honorable Loren A. Smith of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. In law school, Todd was a managing editor of the Vanderbilt Law Review.
