Walter Uihlein

Walter (Wally) Uihlein joined the company in 1976 and was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Acushnet Company in 1995 and was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Acushnet Holdings Corp. in May 2016. Mr. Uihlein has served as a member of the board of directors of Acushnet Company, our operating subsidiary, since 1984. In 2005, Mr. Uihlein received the PGA of America's Distinguished Service Award, the organization's highest honor. Mr. Uihlein was selected to serve as a director because he is our President and Chief Executive Officer and has extensive experience as an executive in the golf industry, as well as due to his experience as a director of Acushnet Company since 2011.
