Steven M. Langman

Steven M. Langman has been Managing Director of Rhône Group LLC since 1996. Mr. Langman Co-Founded Rhône Group LLC in 1996. Prior to co-founding Rhone, Mr. Langman served as Managing Director of Lazard Frêres & Co. where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions. He joined Lazard in 1987 and subsequently became one of the youngest partners in the history of the firm. Before joining Lazard Frères, Mr. Langman worked in the mergers and acquisition department of Goldman, Sachs & Co. He has extensive experience with complex domestic and international mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and capital markets transactions. He has been a Lead Independent Director of Elizabeth Arden, Inc. since December 1, 2014. He has been a Director of Rhone Group LLC since 1997 and Elizabeth Arden, Inc. Mr. Langman serves as a Director of The Greek Yellow Pages, UTEX Industries, Inc. and Rexair, LLC. He served as a Director of Quiksilver Inc. since July 2009 until February 11, 2016. He served as a Director of Golden Guide Print & Online Information S.A. He served as a Director Coty Inc. from January 2011 to June 2014. He served as a Director of Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream Holdings Inc. since 1997. Mr. Langman served as a Director of NationsRent, Inc. since August 2000. He holds a B.A. degree with highest honours, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a M.Sc. from the London School of Economics.
