Lance T. Funston has been the Chairman of CCA Industries Inc. since August 13, 2015 and has been its Chief Executive Officer since January 15, 2016. Mr. Funston founded Creative Concepts Holdings Inc. in 1994. Mr. Funston serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ultimark Products, LLC, which Mr. Funston founded in 2000. During the 1980's, Mr. Funston founded a merchant banking firm acquiring over $500 million in corporate properties. In 1993, Mr. Funston founded TelAmerica Media, which is a media aggregator that now represents more than 90 percent of the cable television industry. He founded Portfolio Management Systems Incorporated, which developed investment management systems for major financial institutions including John Hancock, Fidelity Mutual, American General, Sun Life, and Bank of America. In 2008, TelAmerica was sold to Cross Media Works Inc., a media sales and advertising company, where Mr. Funston serves as Chairman. He serves as Chairman of Ultimark Products LLC. Since 1967, he served as an Assistant to the Director of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. and Special Assistant to a governor of the Federal Reserve Board. He serves as the Advisory Board of the World Affairs Council. In 2007, he Co-founded the Save a Mind Foundation. In 1973, Portfolio Management created a private real estate equity fund in Houston, Texas and developed over $300 million in residential and commercial properties during a 10-year period. In the early 1980s, Mr. Funston began acquiring consumer product manufacturers and over the next 20 years as principal, he attained over $500 million in corporate properties. Mr. Funston served as Secretary General. He served as a board member of the United States Bobsled and Skeleton Federation from 1992 to 1996. In 1970, Mr. Funston received his MBA from Harvard Business School. Mr. Funston received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Houston in 1967.
